HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you place an order from our website, you will be taken to a secure
server where you will fill out our online order form. Next, you will answer an online
questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. After
you complete the questionnaire, your order will be submitted for processing and you will then
see a confirmation page.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either
approve or decline your request. If approved, the physician will write the prescription
and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx.
Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary
information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for
the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.

Your use of the PearlRxOnline.us website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these
terms and conditions.

All the information we collect on our order form (i.e.. email address, credit card numbers) is only
used to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected
is used to bill the user for products and services. Medical information is used
by our medical staff to approve or decline orders for specific medications. We
do not share any of your information with any other third parties.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES?
Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment. We will notify you only if there is a problem with
your order. If you do not hear from us, you may assume that your order processed.
All orders are shipped via Federal Express. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Monday thru Friday
orders received by 3:00 PM will normally ship the same day. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
WHAT PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS DO YOU DISPENSE?
At this time, we only sell prescription items that are listed on the Website.
Since we fill prescriptions from online consultations, we only carry medications that can be safely prescribed without an in-person consultation.

and medical information as it is transmitted over the Internet. PearlRxOnline.us is
committed to safeguarding your personal information.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your order BEFORE the physician approves it by calling our toll
free number. If the order has not yet been approved by the physician, we will
cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved
it.
Due to federal law, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges of prescription medications.
